About Me

Hello. My name is Brittany Coronado. I run La Casa de Coronado both online an at home. I am married to a wonderful man named Juan and we have three beautiful children. Our days are full of excitement and adventure with the littles where we embrace the beauty of nature and outdoor time rain or shine. My husband was a cook when we met and I have always enjoyed to cook and create meals so we both share the love of enjoying excellent food. It is only recent I started actually writing down recipes to share by popular request of family and friends. Our children share the same love of cooking as their parents because they are quick to grab the stool to help any and every time they can. 

A newfound love of mine is learning more about herbalism, herbal remedies, and expanding my garden. I had three kids in three years so the last few years haven't exactly been successful in the growing department. I'm a firm believer in never giving up so we will give it another try this year! :)

 My dream would be to create my own homestead out in the boonies with tons of acreage where we could grow all our own food and raise different farm animals and be self sufficient in every way, but for now I will be content with our little home, two dogs, four chickens, a fish, and our never ending list of fun to do projects around the house. Good thing my husband is so handy, and for youtube!
